LuxeRinse provides premium car wash and detailing services, along with related digital tools and booking systems. You may use our services solely for their intended purpose — vehicle care. Unauthorized commercial use, duplication, or redistribution of our methods, content, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration

To book services or access specific features, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Service Booking and Payment

LuxeRinse offers a variety of car care packages. All pricing is displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and is subject to change. Payments are processed securely via certified payment providers. A booking is confirmed once your transaction is successfully completed.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Pre-paid packages: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no services have been used.
• Individual appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
• Gift cards: Non-refundable, but transferrable.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the LuxeRinse website — including logos, service names, descriptions, graphics, and images — are the exclusive property of LuxeRinse Inc. or its content providers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LuxeRinse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. While we are committed to quality, all services are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, express or implied.
